Is vaping harmful?

“Is vaping harmful?” – this is the question that is being asked more and more often lately by both novice vaping enthusiasts and people who seem to be quite distant from vaping. It has come to the point that right now this topic is being actively discussed not only on the Internet but also on central TV! Alas, the level of arguments in this heated debate still leaves much to be desired. The team from AEVape Dubai will try to finally get to the bottom of it: Is vaping harmful or not?

Breaking the veil

Let’s not pull the cat by the tail: certain harm from electronic cigarettes, of course, there is. And there is nothing surprising because almost all e-cigarette liquids contain nicotine, and when vaping too actively, even the highest quality mixtures can cause symptoms of poisoning. And before the apologists of healthy lifestyle had time to say a solemn “I told you so!”, we make one significant addition: all this applies only to the most extreme cases – believe me, it is very difficult to get “steamed” up to this state even if you really want to. In general, the harm of vaping is greatly exaggerated. In fact, even an excessive amount of water drunk during an hour can cause serious disorders, but it doesn’t mean that access to water should be restricted, right?

Everything is learned by comparison

It is important to understand that questions like “is vaping harmful” should be considered through the prism of comparing it to smoking – it is no coincidence that vaping is often positioned as a healthier substitute for regular cigarettes.

Whether or not a vape is harmful should be seen through the prism of comparing it to smoking.
In this case, the answer is quite clear: even though the liquid contains the same nicotine, the harm from vaping is ten times less than the negative impact that smoking tobacco has on the human body. It’s all about the absence of carcinogens and harmful resins, which are inevitably released during the combustion of an ordinary cigarette – smoking owes its sad reputation to them.

And if you remember the existence of the so-called “zeros” (liquids, which by definition do not contain nicotine and consist exclusively of food components), then the very question of whether a vape is harmful seems farfetched.
